I clearly remember the first day I learned that "I could decide how I feel" and that

"I have an active participation in creating my life."

What an "aha" moment for me!

My passion grew for discovering new ways to better my life and the lives of others.

I've always loved writing, and expanded on it while in graduate school in Michigan.

A career in modeling brought me out to Los Angeles in 1998. I am blessed with a flexible job that allows me time to pursue my other passions. Studying metaphysics and being creative feels so natural and right, that it has to be a part of my life to feed my soul. I look forward to introducing more helpful tools in the near future. I'm thankful for all of the kind e-mails, it is a gift to receive them! It warms my heart to know that others are benefiting from something that I conceived and helped to create. When you find a moment, I encourage you to read some of the articles posted, they were written with love and the hope that they may help and inspire you.
